INSPECTION TWO. Glass on the camera lens, per 1.71: large and close, no shadow on the paper, the drawing seen through it and around it. His face arrives almost at the viewer, eyes rolled up and unfocused, jaw slack, every hatching stroke and the grain of the graphite readable at that size. This is the evidence Manan is examining: a man with nothing left. Hold on it, because the next thing the film shows is the same man sprinting.
